Because they just came out 2 days ago.... they are very rare,and people don't know how long they are gonna last...
They really suck... I mean no one would use one they are ONLY worth anything because of how rare they are. |

i also don't think they suck .. 15>50 = almost constant +15% dmg, customize for total of +35% damage, conjure frost for + 1-13 damage, sounds like an excellent weapon against fire creatures (titans?)
